Upcoming Meetings

CUCCIO-CDPIUC has four types of meetings.

Annual General Meeting

The CUCCIO-CDPIUC Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place each year at the CANHEIT conference. The main item of business is the election of Board members. The 2012 AGM takes place in Saskatoon, SK on June 10th, 2012.

Member Meetings

Representatives of CUCCIO-CDPIUC member universities meet three times per year. One of these meetings takes place in conjunction with CANHEIT, the other two at locations determined by the Board. Each member university can send up to two representatives to a member meeting but each university has only one vote.

• Fall 2012: Québec (Host and dates to be determined)

Board Meetings

CUCCIO Board members meet six times per year, roughly every other month. Three of the meetings each year are by conference call; the other three are face-to-face meetings that take place in connection with the three member meetings.

CANHEIT Conferences

The annual Canadian Higher Education Information Technology Conference, CANHEIT, is a national event organized and overseen by CUCCIO-CDPIUC. CANHEIT takes place in the spring of each year.
