CUCCIO-CDPIUC will be a leader in advancing the innovative and effective use of information and communications technology in higher education in Canada.
Mission
Through CUCCIO-CDPIUC, members will:
- Advance best practices, share information, explore new ideas and celebrate accomplishments
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, and;
- Have a strong and collective voice for the strategic role and contribution of information and communications\technology within our institutions and to the broader higher education community.
Goals
- Foster best practices in information and communications technology management among Canadian universities.
- Identify, incubate and sponsor collaborative sector-wide services and initiatives.
- Develop and deliver programs and services to support the professional development of IT staff.
- Build and sustain relationships with governments, government agencies, corporations and other groups of interest to higher education in order to advance the shared interests of Canadian universities.
