Elections

Board members are elected annually from representatives of the member institutions and serve for three-year terms (a minimum of 10 directors, elected at the Annual General Meeting).

There are five officers on the Board of Directors.

• The President is elected at the Board's Annual General Meeting (AGM), held each year during CANHEIT.
• The outgoing President moves into the office of Past President.
• The Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are elected by the Board following the AGM.
